Add the names customers might use for your company or product, including common variations.
Add competitors that your customers would reasonably consider.
Add specific prompts that reveal buying behavior, comparison behavior, or recommendation behavior.
Choose the countries and AI platforms that matter to your audience. A country can be narrowed to one or more cities, and each location is asked separately, so a campaign that tracks Sydney and Brisbane gets a Sydney answer and a Brisbane answer.
Configure alerts, choose a schedule, review estimated usage, and create the campaign.

Cities. Tick a country, then add cities from the catalog under it. A country with cities means those cities; a country without means the whole country. Each city counts as one location. ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overview are asked from the city (ChatGPT from its exact coordinate); Perplexity and Gemini can only be asked from a country, so for those two a city is answered at country level. The wizard says so when it applies. Either way the answer is recorded under the city you asked from, so results stay comparable across platforms.
The API also accepts a coordinate (lat/lon) on a location for pin-level targeting
on the platforms that support it.
Start weekly unless you need high-frequency monitoring. AI answers can change, but daily checks are not always necessary for early campaigns.
